Following the trend of international education, College of International Cooperation was established in 2005, marking the rapid development of international education in Qingdao Binhai University.

College of International Cooperation consists of two majors, Chinese International Education and Chinese Education of Overseas Students.

 College of International Cooperation is the bridge to exchange with the outside world, and it is a testing site for National Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK), authorized by Chinese Language Council International.

Over the years, College of International Cooperation has accepted thousands of international students from Korea,Japan,Mongolia,United States,French,Hungary,Russia,Portugal,Vietnam,Syria,Ethiopia,Congo,and Kenya.
